LuzOra construction update May 2026: podium 2 complete, first floor now rising

May was a big month for LuzOra. Podium 2 is now complete, and work on the first floor is officially underway. For anyone watching Dubai Islands closely, the progress is now easy to see on site, which makes the project feel much more real.
