You will play a key role in ensuring smooth documentation flow, accurate property registration processes, and efficient collaboration between internal departments and external authorities.


Key Responsibilities:

โ€ขโ  โ Coordinate between Legal, Sales, and Finance teams on all property documentation and registration-related matters.

โ€ขโ  โ Prepare, organize, and track documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

โ€ขโ  โ Maintain and update property and client data within internal systems and CRM platforms.

โ€ขโ  โ Follow up on pending payments and registration progress, providing structured weekly reports.
