About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Development Department.
This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in Dubai’s real estate development industry, who excels at coordination, documentation, and cross-departmental communication.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth documentation flow, accurate property registration processes, and efficient collaboration between internal departments and external authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between Legal, Sales, and Finance teams on all property documentation and registration-related matters.
• Prepare, organize, and track documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update property and client data within internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Follow up on pending payments and registration progress, providing structured weekly reports.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all property-related documentation.
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a real estate development company in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of property registration workflows and internal coordination between departments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, professional ethics, and customer service orientation are essential.
