About the Role:

At DIA Developments, we are looking for an energetic and communicative Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.

If you have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a desire to grow within a dynamic environment — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate between Legal, Sales, and Finance teams on all property documentation and registration-related matters.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare, organize, and track documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update property and client data within internal systems and CRM platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on pending payments and registration progress, providing structured weekly reports.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all property-related documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements to enhance process efficiency and compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.


Requirements:

- Previous experience in call center or real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory

- Fluent English and Russian (both required)

- Strong communication skills

- Good telephone etiquette and persuasion skills

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and result driven professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and solid connections with agencies and brokers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner agencies across Dubai.

• Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.

• Conduct property presentations, meetings, and client follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to convert leads into successful deals.

• Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.


Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market experience is essential).

• Strong network of agents and agencies in the Dubai market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
