Construction at LuzOra moved forward steadily throughout April, with each stage progressing in sequence as the project takes shape on site, marking a key phase within off plan property Dubai.
Works began with vertical casting and underground MEP installation, followed by slab on grade and ramp formwork. Mid-month, ramp slabs and walls were cast, then slab formwork and steel reinforcement. By the end of the month, Podium 1 reached its first slab casting.
At this point, development is no longer abstract, it is clearly forming on the ground, an important signal for those considering long term investment.
Construction remains on track and slightly ahead of schedule toward the Q2 2027 handover.
