What happened at DIA Developments this September
How do you know a project is really moving forward? You follow it month by month. September was a big month for DIA Developments: LuzOra Residences on Dubai Islands reached its 7th residential floor, the LuzOra Lobby opened its doors, Artemy Lebedev visited our office and our team met brokers, partners and investors at IPS 2026. Here’s a closer look at everything that happened.
LuzOra is one floor away from its full shape
Finishing works are moving inside
While the structure rises, work inside the building is moving just as fast. On the ground floor, plastering has reached 90% and MEP works 85%, so it’s entering its final finishing stage. On the podium levels, plastering is at 80%, and on the 1st residential floor, blockwork is complete and plastering has reached 90%. This is the stage where apartment layouts, corridors and shared spaces start to take their final shape.
The LuzOra Lobby is open
Our new lobby is ready to welcome brokers, guests and future residents. It’s a real space you can walk into, not a render, and it gives a clear feel for the design and quality LuzOra is built around. Visitors can see the LuzOra model up close, get to know the project in person and talk to our team on site.
Artemy Lebedev visited DIA
In September, we welcomed Artemy Lebedev, founder of Art. Lebedev Studio, the team behind the DIA Developments rebranding. The visit was a chance to see how the new identity lives inside the project and to meet the people who work with it every day.
Meeting the market at IPS 2026
DIA Developments also took part in IPS 2026, one of Dubai’s key real estate events. Our team met brokers, partners and investors, presented LuzOra Residences and answered questions about the project in person. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand.
What’s next for LuzOra?
September brought LuzOra one floor closer to its full shape. Next up: completing the 8th floor and the structure of all residential floors, while finishing works continue inside.
