From September 7–9, DIA Developments took part in IPS 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, joining developers, brokers, investors and real estate professionals for 3 days focused on the property market.
For DIA, it was an opportunity to step away from online conversations and meet people face-to-face. Throughout the exhibition, our booth welcomed familiar faces as well as visitors discovering DIA Developments and our project, LuzOra Residences on Dubai Islands for the first time.

Real estate may start with a property, but the conversations around it matter just as much.
IPS brought different sides of the industry into one place. It gave us the chance to meet brokers, speak with investors, exchange perspectives with other professionals and connect with people interested in what DIA is building in Dubai.
Some conversations were introductions and others were catch-ups with people we already knew. Each one gave us a better understanding of what brokers and buyers are looking for in today’s Dubai property market.
